With 12.8" swing and 101" cc provides diversified capabilities, precision accuracies and microfinishes for all types of turning, boring, including tapers and contours plus all types of threading, including English and Metric.

PLANING, PLANING-MILLING

4 DRO equipped open side machines provide flexible planing and milling capacity to 60" wide x 60" high x 18ft. long; precision accuracies, fine finishes.

RADIAL DRILLING

2 machines with capacities to 4-1/2" dia. x 60" reach are equipped with special tooling for precision drilling, tapping, spade drilling, trepanning, boring and spot-facing.

VERTICAL SLOTTING

Two Rockford Hydraulic slotters equipped with rotary tables and indexing offer diversified capabilities for special and blind keyways, virtually unlimited size keyways, radius keyways, internal and external splines, contouring, tapering and grooving. Capacity: 36" stroke, 83" dia. x 52" high.

KEYSEATING

Our DRO equipped hydraulic drive keyseater provides diversified capabilities for precision accuracy, microfinish keyways: standard, taper, dovetail, plus special depth and blind hole keyways in both English and Metric dimensions. Capacity up to 3-1/2" width and 32" in length.
