Precision Tooling

Busch Precision manufactures and stocks a comprehensive line of tooling and inspection products to promote cost-effective production and quality control functions. Most items are made from close-grained, stress-relieved castings... providing stability and wear-resistance. Hardened steel items and aluminum products are so identified. Most items are made in several sizes for handling convenience. All products are carefully machined and precision ground to tenth-tolerances and micro-finishes. Accuracies are certified with traceability to NIST. Cast iron products can be drilled, tapped, and slotted for special gages and modular tooling applications. Granite and ceramic products provide close tolerances as gaging/inspection alternatives.

Custom tooling can be designed and developed for special applications. Inquiries invited. Sound but worn tooling can be remachined, stress relieved, and precision ground to restore precision accuracies ... usually at a significant savings over replacement. Inquiries invited.
